Privacy Policy.
1. The short version
You can browse the Meez library and copy free prompts without an account and without giving us personal details. We only collect what we genuinely need to run a paid subscription. We do not sell your personal data.
2. What we collect
Browsing the free library: no account and no personal information required — browsing free prompts and backgrounds stores no personal data in your browser. When you sign in, your plan is determined on our side and carried by a secure, HTTP-only session cookie (not a value stored in your browser's local storage).
When you upgrade: we collect the account details needed to give you access (such as your email address) and our payment processor, Stripe, collects the billing information needed to take payment.
Basic technical data: like most sites, our hosting may record standard request logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
3. Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your full card number never reaches us — Stripe processes and stores payment details under their own security standards. We receive only the information needed to manage your subscription (for example, that a payment succeeded and which plan it applies to). 4. How we use your information
- To give you access to the prompts and templates you have unlocked.
- To process payments, renewals, and cancellations.
- To respond when you contact us for support.
- To keep the service secure and working.
5. What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not require an account to browse. We share data only with the service providers needed to run Meez (such as our payment processor and hosting), and only as needed to provide the service.
6. Your prompts are yours
The websites and content you build with Meez prompts belong to you. We do not claim ownership of what you create.
7. Your choices
You can cancel a paid plan at any time. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data tied to your account by emailing us. Signing out clears the session cookie from your browser.
8. Security
We take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect the limited personal data we hold, and our payment processor (Stripe) handles billing data under its own security standards. However, no website, server, or method of transmission is ever completely secure, so we cannot and do not guarantee absolute security. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for unauthorised access to, or loss or disclosure of, data that occurs despite reasonable measures or that is beyond our reasonable control. You are responsible for keeping your own account credentials safe.
9. Liability
Meez, including this site, is provided “as is”. The warranty disclaimers and the limitation of liability in our Terms of Service also apply to this Privacy Policy and to anything relating to your data, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing here removes any data-protection rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA).
